Refunds Policy

If you change your mind after you have made a purchase on the website but before it has been shipped, please call Appliance Plus Northland on 09 407 8514 during normal business hours or email online@applianceplusnorthland.co.nz

  • If your order has not been processed, we will be able to offer you a full refund of your purchase price.
  • If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authorisation on our behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping, handling costs and administration fee. The product must be received back by Appliance Plus Northland and be un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition.
  • If you change your mind after you have purchased and the item has been shipped we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase. However under special circumstances we may offer you a refund less a 15% restocking fee. 
  • If you change your mind after using the product/opening the packaging, we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase.

  • Gift cards

Damage Goods

  1. Damages must be lodged with the store within 14 days of purchase and/or delivery/pickup.
  2. Unit must be in the original packaging.
  3. Photos of the damage and original packaging in its original condition must be sent to sales@applianceplusnorthland.co.nz.
