Your purchase of product from the Appliance Plus Northland website is subject to the “Online Sales Terms”, “Privacy policy” and “Refunds/Returns” policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use and or purchase product from this website.

Orders and Payment

Please review your order very carefully in the basket and checkout before the final payment is made as all website purchases are subject to our Returns/Refunds policy. Orders will only be processed when payment is received in full. If for whatever reason payment is not received in full we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements.


The products listed for sale on the Appliance Plus Northland website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Reference to “was” and “normally” in the offers refers to either a manufacturer suggested retail price (SRP) or Appliance Plus Northland ticketed pricing. While we endeavour to ensure all information and pricing is accurate Appliance Plus Northland does reserve the right at any time to refuse sale if an error has been made. All product are offered as an invitation to treat and except and omitting errors (E&OE)


We will make every endeavour to ensure that stock is available for your order. We cannot and do not guarantee supply from either the website or the Appliance Plus Northland store. In the event that we are out of stock you will be notified via email.


You acknowledge that we may not receive your transmission of data relating to the order due to circumstances outside of Appliance Plus Northland’s control. This could include, but is not limited to computer, software, hardware, internet and /or other types of failure. You acknowledge that Appliance Plus Northland is not liable to you in any way for any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly in connection with any transmission of or failure to receive any transmission for whatever reason. You acknowledge that Appliance Plus  Northland may proceed with all instructions received through the internet without further consultation or permission from you. You acknowledge that Appliance Plus Northland is under no obligation to check the authenticity, authority, accuracy or completeness of any instructions received through the website.


If you change your mind after you have made a purchase on the website but before it has been shipped, please call Appliance Plus Northland on 09 407 8514 during normal business hours or email online@applianceplusnorthland.co.nz

  • If your order has not been processed, we will be able to offer you a full refund of your purchase price.
  • If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authorisation on our behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping, the return shipping, handling costs and administration fee. The product must be received back by Appliance Plus Northland and be un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition.
  • If you change your mind after you have purchased and the item has been shipped we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase.
  • If you change your mind after using the product/opening the packaging, we are sorry but we will not be able to refund your purchase.
