Delivery will be made to the location specified on the Purchase Order and the Purchaser shall be liable for all freight costs.
AppPlus will do all in its power to see that deliveries are maintained according to schedule but any period, or dates quoted for delivery are to be regarded as approximate only.
Goods may be delivered in instalments and each delivery shall be regarded as a separate contract.
AppPlus reserves the right to stop future deliveries until the Purchaser has paid for all previous deliveries.
If AppPlus is unable to deliver goods because of any cause beyond its control it may suspend delivery or cancel the Purchaser’s order without incurring any liability for loss or damage suffered by the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall not cancel or refuse delivery of any suspended order.
AppPlus must be notified of all obstacles and hazards before delivery. Failure to do this may result in the delivery being cancelled or suspended which the purchaser will not be refunded.
If a date and time has been arranged for delivery and the receiver is not present and able to take possession, no refunds will be issued and each delivery shall be regarded as a separate contract.
Upon delivery if items are to be left somewhere as arranged with the purchaser, AppPlus takes no responsibility for the items once they have left our possession.
