Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify and troubleshoot issues with various household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and more.
- Perform repairs efficiently and effectively, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve appliance malfunctions and restore optimal functionality.
- Carry out routine maintenance checks and preventative measures to ensure the longevity and performance of appliances.
- Utilise technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and industry-leading equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve appliance problems.
- Order and install replacement parts as needed, ensuring compatibility and quality with different appliance brands and models.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, explaining repair options, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each repair job.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Appliance Service
- Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve appliance issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
